live rock in fuge

Hey i was wondering if theres a certain rock thats best for pods in a fuge like tonga branch vs regular live rock.

small rubble rock so they can hide and proliferate

I agree rubble, just filter and skim before the fuge or you will have detritus buildup amongst the rock.
