Sump Design for 30G Oceanic Cube...thoughts, commets, imput welcomed

Hi, I currently have a 30G Oceanic Cube that has been set up for about 3 years now. I have never been happy with the way its setup, too much junk in the tank taking up too much room.
In the stand under the tank I basically just have a 5G bucket for ATO, everything else has to go in the tank. So I played around with google sketch and came up with this.

In the tower on the right is where my top off water will be stored. Should hold about 5 gallons.
The rear lower part is for the drain and skimmer.
The first baffle is 10" high, then 1" space and the second baffle is 11" high(1" off of the base). The last baffle is 8" high.
The front will be for the return pump and I think an enheim will be able to squeeze into the return section.

The cut list includes:
2 pcs 17 1/2" x 20" x 3/8" - 2 sides for the water tower
2 pcs 4 1/4" x 20" x 3/8" - front and back of water tower
1 pc 17 1/2" x 18" x 3/8" - base
2 pcs 6" x 4 1/4" x 3/8" - inner support for water tower
2 pcs 12 5/8" x 15" x 3/8" - front and back of lower section
1 pc 17 1/2" x 15" x 3/8" - left wall, lower section
1 pc 12 5/8" x 10" x 1/4" - first baffle
1 pc 12 5/8" x 11" x 1/4" - second baffle
1 pc 12 5/8" x 8" x 1/4" - last baffle

And last question here...does anyone know any company or person that will make a custom sump or at least precut the parts since I don't own a table saw or router. Thanks!

I see there's no action going on here.

Did you end up making this sump and how did it go?
