Calcium reactor questions

I'm new to Reef Central, but have been blown away with all the beautiful tanks on the website. I have recently added a calcium reactor to my my tank with a ph probe and monitor. I have had a problem with my alk being alittle to high, how do i fix this problem right now i'm keeping the ph in the reactor 6.6 and slowed the effluent to a very slow drip. My calcium is also alittle low around 350. Any advice would be so helpful thanks.
