When is it safe to add plants tot he fuge?

I am coming to the end of my cycle as of now my water reads

amm - 0
nitrite - 1ppm
nitrate - 10ppm
ph - 8.2
salinity - 1.024

Curious when it is safe to add plants to the fuge

I agree. Plants seem to be very tolerant of newer set ups, I guess it might be that the nitrates and sometimes leaching phosphates from rocks help them along.
