Can the Sicce PSK 2500 Pump be ran on a external recirculating skimmer?

I should be ran that way. Not designed for that application. Needs to be in water.

I think that some people mode them to recirculating design. But I have no personal experience with recirculating it..

Also, iirc, did Reef Octopus have external skimmers with Sicce? recirculating mode?
