Noisey Mag 9.5

Seems lots of people here use mag pumps, as have I. My experience with them is that some of them are very quiet, some NOT. I have a Mag 5 and 7 that are pretty quiet. I also have a Mag 9.5 that is too noisey to use!! Tried replacing the impellor, didn't help. This pump is essentially new, only a couple hours of use due to the high noise levels. Anybody have any idea how to "fix" this, or do I just have a bad pump out of the box??

Can you describe the noise?

Sounds like it's chattering or rattling. It's not a vibration thing, sounds more like the impellor is hitting something.....just my guess, I'm not a pump expert.
