Tampa Bay Reef Club March 6th Frag Swap
Members, Sponsors, and other Florida Clubs,
The TBRC is holding their 1st frag event on Saturday March 6th. I know that this is right around the corner and I still have a lot to do. Having to put up a new tank during the holidays took a lot of time that I needed for planning this event. But, I am really trying to pull this together. I also need some volunteers so if you can help out please let the board know. The event will be held at the Carpenter's Run Club House at 1735 Carpenters Run Blvd Lutz, Florida 33559 from 9:00-5:00 pm. We have the clubhouse until late in the evening so if you need to come out later than 5:00 to see if we are still there, it would be best to call a board member. We are hoping to have a good turnout of vendors of all kinds (reef related of course) and as many frag booths as possible. So, if you have frags to sell, wait until then and come on out! The cost for a table for a club member is $25 and for a sponsor it is $50. It is first come first served and since tables are limited, don’t wait, sign up now. Use the paypal Donate button on Tampabayreefclub.org for payment of a table or for admission. http://www.tampabayreefclub.org/paypal.html If you are renting a table please let us know if you are bringing a tank with you. If you are, make sure you bring whatever extension cords needed for your setup. We have plenty of outlets available and we will have tape to lay over the cords. The cost for admission for TBRC members: FREE The cost for other club's members $3 The cost for no affiliation $5 The cost for kids 12 and under FREE I will have Butch Ringelspaugh, the curator at the Pier Aquarium there and I am still trying to get James Fartheree to mingle and talk with all of us. For a small fee Michelle is working on lunch to make sure we all don't go hungry so come with a big appetite for food as well as frags! We will have free coffee and doughnuts for breakfast! Oh, I forgot-we will have a raffle too! Make sure you buy lots of tickets. I am sure Tom will be there selling tickets along with a few helpers. I hope to see everybody there! We are sure to have a lot of fun. A few pictures are attached to show you a little preview of frags that will be there.

I'll be there and I'll be bringing my own tank and stand.
Do I need to pay in advance, or can I give you cash at the door? Jeff (Fort Myers)

Wish I could make this, but I have a seminar that weekend. I'm sure it will be a great success.

I know somebody in the club that might want to split the table with you. An 8' table cost $25. If you want me to ask her let me know.

do you expect tables to be filled (and ready to sell) at 9am, or is it going to take time to set up and get everyone moving?

TampaReefer79, I shot you a pm back but have not heard from you.
We are setting up at 8:30. I wanted to set up earlier but could not so 9:30 is a more realistic time for everything to be set up.

Same thing for me. Can I pre-purchase raffle tickets since I won't be showing up until about 3pm as well.
