Ohhh okay, I cant resist....I think (my opinion of course) that these fancy schmancy Tyree or other Special edition corals are a waste of money and rarely can be considered an investment. Only the best aquariums out there will get a challenging challice to grow fast enough to frag and actually get a ROI......I am certain you could have found a coral else where for half the money that is as equally beautiful and healthy.

That is a beautiful piece. If you love it than it is a great investment! If you bought it to grow/frag/sell than although it is possible it shouldn't be your primary goal. The reason these are so pricey is b/c they are a slow grower and there aren't too many in the market. Take for example the Alien Eye Chalice, Beautiful! When it came out it was very pricey. It was a fast grower though so the price has dropped because more are in trade. One nice thing i will say if you have been bitten by the LE bug is the best way to get more LE's is to have some of your own LE's to trade out! =) Don't forget your pictures when you get it, growth shots are alway fun!
