microbubbles from hang on skimmer
using prizm pro, having microbubbles issue

I used a Prizim HOB on my 75g before I upgraded to a sump. Anyway, the only thing that I found to work was to slow the flow down through the skimmer a touch. That in combonation with your black bubble sponge, you should be able to reduce if not elliminate the bubbles.
Also, if this is a new skimmer, it will take a few days to break in. Once broke it, you should see a good reduction in micro bubbles as well. Good Luck.
