is this a powerhead, or the return pump for your system?

Buy a new pump and hope for the best. I don't think there is anything you can do for electrical shock.

Don't think you can do much. if the corals were upset they could have released something into the water, but im not sure. Im sure a 25percent water change wouldnt hurt anything and might give you a little piece of mind.

throw in some fresh activated carbon if you have any. Im sure your corals are spewing all sorts of toxic gunk

I usually let my water only mix a few hours before I do a water change anyways. Never hurt anything.

I wonder if it was the shock or Copper overdose.

I may be wrong but don't the fish generally show signs of stray voltage before corals do? I only point this out because if that is the case one would expect something else causing problems.

the torn wireing has a very high likleyhood of leaching copper into the tank - get some carbon/cuprisorb/polyfilter in there asap. and as previously said, water changes can help too

I believe LOTR is right from what I've read. I would also consider the copper, which I had not thought of. I hope everything works out for you. Keep us posted.
