How to read DWYER meter

How do you read this thing? It keeps on bouncing around. I'm getting from 22-32scfh but what is the real number?

That's a pretty good bounce. Do you have a mesh impeller?

it just a PSK2500 with the MSX volute and pinwheel.

Sorry I have read that if you have a mesh and it is bounces severely it is due to the mesh being out of balanced. Does the pump need to be ran in vinegar how is the air line is it blocked. My dwyer read L/min and it bounces about 10 to 14 so I just turn it in different angles until it stops bouncing.
