Ph still low Alk at 9???

I use a ESV 2 part buffer system. Par 1 Alk and Part 2 Calc. In my 75 g I dose 2-3 per/wk 20 ml each dose. The calcium went to 430 and Alk went to about 7.5. So I started dosing only part 1 Alk. for a coulple weeks. I got the Alk. to 9. But the whole time my Ph has been around 7.9 or 8. How can I get my Ph back up to 8.3?

IMO, the pH is fine where it is, but more aeration with fresh air, or using limewater will boost the pH.
