micro bubbles in the dt are driving me nuts

i have tried everything i can think of to stop these micro bubbles I have a filter sock on the intake of the sump and the output on the skimmer to reduce them in the sump, then i have a bubble trap before my return pump and a pre filter on that. im lost and i still have micro bubbles in the dt and there driving me crazy. any suggestions would be appreciated i know its hard for someone who has never seen the system to solve the problem but i dont know what else to do. I also tried a foam filter inside the bubble trap. I do have an extra 15g tank i can redesign my sump if some of you have some plans that work well i would love to see them.

Thanks, Ryan

Here are a few quick pics of the set up if it helps, and the tank is about 2.5 months old

can you adjust the water flow from the main pump back to the DT? like turn a valve or ball to back it down. i had a similar problem and adjusting the flow into my tank got rid of the bubbles

I am in the process of getting a new stand for the tank when i do that i will be upgrading the sump to either a 20 long or a 30 and re doing all of the plumbing i will add a ball valve into the return section and see what it does
