Hichiker removal out of like rook

I have a 55g tank now. With about 50lbs of live rock. I'm up grading to a 90g. I have bristle worms. How can I gt them out of the rock. Before I add them to my new tank.

The bristleworms mostly are good to have, but if you want to get rid of them, about all you can do is soak the live rock in fresh water or let it dry out. It'll be base rock at that point, but you can kill the worms that way.
