Dying lemonpeel angel HELP!

my new addition to my tank has taken a turn for the worst, he hasnt been eating for the past 2 days and all of a sudden this morning i find him leaning against rocks and not swimming about, now he is upside down or sideways on the bottom of my tank all day until i stir him up, he will move like he is healthy then lay sideways or upside down leaning against anything he can, his brething quite heavily at i am unsure of what to do?

water parameteres are fine everything else in the tank is fine any help would be greatly appreciated, i have never had a unhealthy fish in my tank and am feeling quite upset, any info on what i could possibly do to improve his current state would be greatly appreciated

A few questions if you don't mind, Pixie:

How old is your set-up? Any hair algae in it?
Dwarf angels like 'Peels like a good crop of hair algae during acclimation.
Also, this is one of the harder Centropyge angels to acclimate. How it was collected may have sealed its fate, also.
I think Lemonpeels are also believed extremely sensitive to copper meds.

Sincerely,
Matthew
I hope he pulls through for you!

unfortunately he didnt make it, it was due to a bacterial infection that also killed the other lemon peels that were caught with mine, the LFS gave me a full refund, as all the lemon peels in his store suffered the same fate, that night he bloated and was floating upside down, the next morning he was dead. Thanks sheol for your input just to answer your questions i have a small amount of hair algea and my tank is about 5 months old, i have never used copper medication, so we just put it down to the company that caught them, due to stress etc also the company refunded my LFS as they noticed that an unusually large amount from that catchment suffered the same bloating/infection.

all my other tank mates seem fine and are acting as normal, just unfortunate as this is the only loss i have ever had and made me feel terrible, but in the same note it was good to know it was not on my part he suffered.
