Can i add these?
I was told that adding dead coral will aid to keeping my parameters in check. These are old rock hard dead corals that have been pulled from the ocean many many years ago from my dad and he just found them. Can i clean these and add them to my tank? what are the pros and cons

I doubt it'll do anything for your water parameters. As long as they're not full of chemicals you can add them. They might get initially covered in algae for a while. If you have a dark area in your sump you can put them in for a while to "season" them before they go in the DT.
