Rocks in my Anemone

Very odd but maybe not....My clown fish puts little stones in the anemone anyone know about this? I have two clown fish got them both as babies in January one the bigger one is in the anomone and will not let the little one in so far so could not be a spawning thing i think. Any insight into this behavior???

the bigger one is a female. she let him in it takes alittle while then they well pair up. As far as the rocks that a little add normal the clean what there hosting.
