Anyone using the par 38 bulbs?

Hi all, Wanted to know if anyone was using the par 38 bulbs and if so, what do you think of them?

Yes I do, except I only use it to grow cheto. my algae has grown very fast. the color is nice too. I have the 50/50 lights (blue and white).
