How fast can I raise salinty when moving fish from QT to DT?

QT is currently at 1.019 and DT is at 1.025. How should I go about getting these fish to the DT?

I should have gradually increased the QT over the last week or so but totally forgot until today. I need to get the fish into the DT tonight due to being out of town for a few days starting tomorrow.
