do you guys thaw, rinse then feed. or do you thaw and feed to DT right away?

I thaw and rinse, then feed. The water that's frozen with the shrimp often contains high levels of nitrate. If you don't need to add extra nitrate to your tank, why do it?

i knew some ppl rinsed and i thought it was due to the phosphate in the water. thanks for the info
