Does Vodka harm LPS's?

Simple question: does Vodka dosing harm LPS's like Trumpets or Acans?

Asking cause I have a Trumpet and an Acan who are relatively new to my tank and they are deflated and looking unhealthy. This started when I stareted dosing vodka but at the same time my lighting changed (bulbs burnt and weren't replaced) and my nitrites were >0.

Does anyone keeping LPS here dose Vodka?

I have not had any issues with my LPS while dosing vodka.

I'm dosing MB7, and haven't had any problems yet.

Ive heard good and bad things about vodka dosing. Some people report amazing colors and growth ect. The other half said they had a bunch of corals die.
