need fast answers...please help
I just received my order from blue zoo and the snails are in a bag with wet paper towel. Is this bad there is no water in the bag? How can I acclimate them?

put some DT water in a separate container, put snails in that. Make sure they are alive, then you could acclimate in to DT good luck

I'm sure they are good! I can't imagine a place shipping snails the wrong way. Most snails are pretty resiliant (spelling error?) and also can survive outside of water. I have margarita snails that constantly find their way outside of tank. I just pluck them off and put them back in. Again you should be fine just give them some time to adjust.

Snails are often shipped with little to no water.

I've just dumped my snails in the tank before. Over the years I may have lost a couple that didn't make it, but the majority of them do.

astreas are pretty tough, may be ok, but my luck with astreas is that tehy will cling to a rock/hand within seconds of feeling it near.

Snails are shipped, just in wet paper towels, by lots of vendors. I've received hundreds of them this way, with very little mortality.
