ATI Powermodule - just got it but now questions
I just picked up my new 6x54W ATI Powermodule. Upon opening the box I was disapointed to see there's no user manual. How am I used to use this thing? There's a plug with like 4 different options of what to plug into it.
Any idea where I can download a manual from? Thank you. |

Wow. Hope these fans quiet down over time. Sounds like a broken hamster wheel or my wife gnawing on corn on the cob.

Greg at Reef Geek recommended to me to put the fans on 6. Can not hear them at all. I have the 4X54 and do love the light it puts out.

How are you able to adjust fan speed? I didn't see any adjustment and there are no instructions.

On the back side of the plug in for the fans, there is a dial. Move it left or right.

It really is a simple fixture to use. Only has 3 plug ins. One plug in powers the fans, another powers all but 2 bulbs, and the last powers the dawn to dusk 2 bulbs. Nothing else to it.

Well the real fan speed is 9v on fixtures 36 inches and over and 7.5v on the 24 inch fixtures.
That is if you want the label end of the bulbs to hover right around 95F. It will also make it so your bulbs last about a year instead of 7-8 months.

I losened up a couple of the fan screws on the powermodule and the fans were silent. I mean barely trun them to back the blades away from the ATI logo.
