Mounting APEX Controller suggestions

Anybody have any advice on mounting my NEW APEX controller, should I mount it with the screws or use velcro. I shouldn't really need to move the modules around much right???

I used 3M "command" tape that you can get at the hardware store or Container Store. Has super adhesive abilities yet is removable when you need to. Cool stuff.

You can get some nice industrial velcro at the hardware store. It has stronger adhesive than normal stuff.

I just hate putting holes into my oak stand; I spend so much time finishing it, its hard to put holes in it.

I used the supplied screws. Although tape sounds interesting - I haven't ever had much luck getting it to stick well to wood - is your finish sealed?

To me it really seemed overkill to use screws. The Apex panel is so light, to me using screws would be like using a nail to secure a post it note to the fridge.. The 3M double sided adhesive tape is rated to hold items on the wall up to 10lbs. I find it will stick to any clean surface-- wood, metal, plastic, etc.

I stained it and then sealed with a wipe on poly finish from Minwax, so I am sure anything will stick to it.
