looking for a DIY bubble trap for 30 gal sump
lots of microbubbles even with all the baffles

Can you add an additional baffle or perhaps widen the ones in the sump now to slow down the water flow?

I tried foam at bottom of baffles. I gets pushed away with flow and bubbles get thru. |

Do you have filter sock on the end of your outflow tube into the sump? This helps to cut down on some of the bubbles...or so I've been told.
