Algae ID
any ideas it started growing after the cycle was done and the hair algae was gone

yeah looks like calurpa to me too...leave it there..good for your tank...though it might grow fast and you will have to cut it...my tank did this too..i started a 29 gallon bout 8 months ago and i had calurpa growin out f nowhere and i never had it before ha..so it grew out of nowhere which was awesome..i also have like 3 or 4 other types of algae growin out of nowhere too...have to cut it down like every few weeks cuz it grows out of control...
