Power Compacts
Where is a good place on-line to purchase bulbs? The bulbs in the 180 I just bought are over a year old and I would assume they are do for a change

I just bought some from ReefGeek. They carried the UVL bulbs that have the internal reflector.

Not a fan of the UVL compact fluorescents. Dont care for the inconsistent color from those bulbs.
Try Custom Aquatic, Marine Depot or Hello Lights. All good places to buy from. Regardless, after a year of use, you should definitely change out to new bulbs. Your corals will appreciate it. |

PA's got quite a few on clearance.(not sure what size or pin config you need) http://premiumaquatics.com/store/mer...Code=Clearance
I run 2 10K's on my refuge, not the best color but the price is great I agree with grigsy on the UVL's. I tried a couple when they first came out and wasn't impressed. They also don't have the locking tabs on the endcap to secure the bulb to the cap. May not be a problem for some but it aggravated me |
