Circulation in a 100 gallon peninsula tank
Peninsula tank: 40-42" wide, 30" deep, 24" tall.
What are my options for circulation: a) nothing but return from sump b) closed loop drilled into bottom of tank c) powerheads [FORBIDDEN] d) Closed loop on roof of tank [FORBIDDEN] e) Make a smaller tank f) (your idea here) Thank you, Chris PS: I'm leaning toward (c) but I'd love to not have to do that. |

whats the deal with forbidding power heads? ..
i would say after that your only real option is to have a powerful return pump |

How thick is the base? Get some perspex pots. Get powerheads with big magnet mounts (Vortech would be best by a long way) Put the powerheads in the pots, on the tank base, pointing up.
Or close loop thro' the bottom. |
