Never Fails to amaze me how much of a markup there is for anything Labeled "Aquarium". GFO is $1500 for a 500 Lbs bag and is used for removing arsenic in drinking water supplies. $10 for 150g? That's around $30 per lb.. Someone do the math but that's a heck of a profit.
Reminds me of the sellers slinging $20 membranes for $100. RandalB <---- Gets off the soapbox

Buy the BRS High Capacity stuff, and regenerate it indefinitely. This basically makes GFO a one-time purchase...

I don't use GFO at all, sugar dosing seems to work just as well for me, but If I did, regen is the way to go. RandalB
