actinic light for biocube 29g hqi?

im looking for a bluish light (t5 actinic) that could work with this

http://www.f3images.com/IMD/MD_image...quarium_29.jpg

i have a current usa moonlight attached to the arm, but its only good when all the lights are off in the house, and does not provide enuff light for the corals to open. would love to see my corals glow under a light after i shut down the metal halide. any suggestions?
