Need thoughts on this temporary setup

Im moving next week and I currently have a 29G tank. I have some zoa's and some soft corals presently. My light is a Current 4x24 T5HO light.

My plan was to put my fish and coral in a 10G tank for 4-5 days while I break down the 29G and move it.

Would this be too much light for the 10G for 5 days?

Can I keep my pistol/goby combo in a 10G with no sand for 5 days?
