ev120 new model v.s older models
I just bought an older model 120 without the air valve and wonder if it is as good as the model with the air valve? does anyone here have the same older model as i just picked up and how did it work out for you

Got one myself. I've only had it running a few days now, but it has skimmed quite well on a Rio 3100+ (old and noisy...prolly needs a new impeller, or worse) as well as a Mag 7. It sits in about 10" of water, so there's some back-pressure, but it seems to be the perfect amount.
