QT tank has ammonia spike HELP!!!!

I have a 50 gallon qt tank with sponge filter, koralia power head and a UV sterlizer running. Got it up and running for 2 months and all water checked fine. I added a chromis and damsel about 3 weeks ago. Everything looked great.

Just added a Leopard Wrasse and Bellis Angel 1 1/2 weeks ago. Tonight leopard wrasse looked very sluggish. Just checked water and spike of ammonia to .50

What should I do? This is the 1st qt tank I ever set up.

Fairly frequent heavy water changes, you might need to do 25% a day for several days in a row to get it down. In the meantime, grab some amquel or ammo-lock and follow the directions. Ammonia is a killer of fish. Don't let the water change go until the morning.
