Pump wont stay on major problem

pumps were running fine. i shut them off to do some tank maintenance and when i turned them back on, one pump turned on spun fast then shut down and the driver started blinking red. It the spun again and then stopped and blinked red. it this this 3 times then the pump just stopped and all the driver does is blink red now. I tried clearing the memory, i tried swappinf wet sides from the good pump. there is no obstructions the both wetsides spin freely.

ehat could be wrong?

In addition another good piece of info from Jeff:

"If the error shows up during reef crest mode or another mode, try disabling the pump disconnect calibration. This error can come up when the pump runs really slow so I want you to know how to disable it if it shows up again.

In order to disable pump disconnect calibration, please hold the mode button for 3 seconds until the LED blinks white. Next remove the pump from the wetside and hold the mode and set button until the LED blinks white and yellow. To disable pump disconnect calibration, please remove the power when it is blinking this sequence. "

Thanks again Jeff
