Bad experience with JB WaterWeld

I am aquascaping my tank with dry rock. Used PC Marine with great success but the local Home Depot only had JB WaterWeld, which I went ahead and applied. It never hardened. I had read previously that the resin and hardener were the same color, though I did notice a very small amount of substance that was green...apparently not nearly enough of that substance. Very frustrating as I had carefully molded it around the support pillars, and spent a lot of time trying to remove it after it failed to harden overnight. Terrible stuff, even the way it is packaged is not good. I'll be sticking with PC Marine and AquaMend if I can find it.
