First looks like a button polyp to me. I think it's fine. The second is definitely an anemone, and from that angle and the red foot I'd like to say it's a Condy. How old is your tank, what kind of lighting do you have, how big, and are you going to try to keep it? IMO, they're pretty hardy as anemones go. Try and put the bottom part against the rock and see if it attaches. it should attach pretty quick. If it doesn't, personally I'd leave it for a few days just to see because I like to give everything every possible chance.

I agree with FretFreak13's IDs. That anemone isn't dead. It is laying on it's side though. Put it upright right against the side or a rock where it meets the sand. Turn off the powerheads and you should be able to hold it there for 30 seconds or so and hopefully it starts to attach.

It has been attached for weeks now. Then today was attached to some LR and in about a 5 minute span when I turned my back it fell off. I'll go set it in some sand. I don't think it's a condy, but a bubble. It was starting to host my clown last night. Here is a better pick, and there are actually two here. Bigger behind the smaller, while the smaller is the one now on its side.

Tank is going on 3 months old. yes I know I jumped the gun on the anemone, but it has done good for me until tonight. Usually out swinging in the breeze(read flow here), and eats well. I have the aquaticlife T5 with 2 700+,2 420/460, and the 8 led moonlights. Yes if it will make it I'll keep it, so I hope it does.

I set him up, but can you see the brown glod aobut dead center? That is what worries me. Now I did lose a angel about a week ago, total loss, no sign of anything anywhere. Could this be the waste/byproduct if it ate him? Also here is a pic tonight of the second anemone.

IMO, if you arent dead set on keeping that anemone. I would go ahead and get rid of it. If it does kick the bucket while its in your tank it is going to skyrocket your nitrates. And it doesnt look to good to me. But thats just my opinion from past experience with them.
