Loud external pump plumbing
I just put together a new set up on the weekend and have a annoying buzzing going on from the inlet on my Iwaki to the bulkhead on my sump. I have a foam pad under the pump and ran the pump with out the plumbing on it to see if it was the motor and found out it was not the pump at all. What would you reccomend to silence it? Sorry if this does not make sense lol

In addition tho the padding under the pump, you should connect it to the hard plumbing using a short piece of vinyl tubing on both the intake and return. (12" or so if you have the room)
