Chiller Size/Location

I have a 120gal and 30 gal sump that is half full and the DT needs a chiller. However, the Display Tank is in the house and the sump is in the garage. So the chiller will be in the garage as well.

Problem is the Garage gets hot. In the summer we see an average of 103-109degrees. last night I noticed the ambient house temp matches the garage.
The problem is most chillers have to be in 90 degree or less ambient temp. I can't afford to A/C the garage.

What do you do and what size chiller should I go with.

Thx
