looks good. depending on your filtration I would also get a fish that will cruse the whole tank, the watchman and shrimp will be in one spot and the 2 clowns will host in or on something and will stay there. jester goby, possum wrasse, six line wrasse, yellow coris wrasse, all swim about quite a bit.

my worries is getting too much.
Would adding a cruising fish be too much? For my tank I'm getting - Sundial 30" t5 4x24 watt fixture - Not positive but maybe a Octopus BH-100 skimmer (open to suggestions) - AC110 with fuge mod. Dont know which type of macro algae to get - 2 Koralia Nano powerheads. - With 20 pounds of caribsea arogonite sand - 25+ pounds of live rock - 25 watt stealth heater Don't think i'm missing anything. Been thinking about a sump really hard. Anyone know a link to a simple 20l tank sump build thread. Thanks |

I dont think it will be too much with a skimmer and a fuge esp if you make a sump. well do you want it under the tank or in that the tank it self? if under the tank in the stand a 10g tank would do just fine, this way you don't need to get the HOB filter and just use part of the sump as a DSB or a fuge and the other part for the skimmer. an added benefit would also be that you can have a auto top off that isn't visible in or on the tank. As far a build goes just search sump builds and you should come up with a few different designs.

Everything sounds good, except for the heater, I would highly recommend the Jager line of heaters, the new ones are made my Eheim and I am very pleased with mine. 25W seems way too low I use a 100W and It barely keeps it a 80F.
You can't go wrong with a sump, makes everything so much easier. It's not a build thread but you can check out my homepage. |

I'll have to wait and see what it sits at with everything in it during the day and night to see if i need a heater to help it from getting warm.
I live in Las Vegas so its hot and cold but house stays warm. |
