Looking for info on brackish aquariums?

Was wondering if anyone here has a brackish setup or knows a good site with info on them?
Thanks!

I have been doing some research and there doesn't seem to be much info on the net. The best I found is a FAQ site at http://homepage.mac.com/nmonks/Proje...ackishfaq.html I am setting up a small tank for Nerite snails that breed only in Brackish. When the snails arrive they will start out in full saltwater and then each day I plan to do about a 1 quart water change with RODI until it gets down to the brackish level that they spawn in. I read a posting on an aquarium site that saltwater bacteria will survive gradual lowering of salinity and continue to operate under brackish conditions. I hope that is accurate and the tank doesn't crash from all the "saltwater" bacteria dying and no "brackish" bacteria to replace it. I'll be tagging along here and interested in any information others can add to your question.

+1 on both of the above, they are both directing you to Neal Monks who is a prolific writer on the subject

Thanks for the sites guys. Seems like there would be more people into brackish tanks then there are. It is a pretty cool habitat that I think gets over looked in the hobby.
