Question 20L with 10 gallon sump plumbing help

I'm confused.
I am doing a 20 long reef in the future and would prefer a sump. For more water volume and hide equipment.
But i'm only 15 so I'm no master plumber.
I've searched and can't find a thread with step by step plumbing for a sump.
I want it to be simple, not too much and effective.
Can anyone help me out? Would appreciate it.

Thanks. Love these forums.

Anyone know how good the CPR CS Overflow Boxes are good.
Heres a link. Looks simple to me, just worried about any noise.

Not many people care for them as they can stop flowing water and well you know what happens then. Look at lifereef they won't disaapoint and have smaller sizes now!!

Thankyou for this link, I learned of this site two days ago or so, and I have always wondered what all was required for a smooth operating sump, and now I know THANKS!
