ID please...

I was replacing some filter floss in my fuge and I saw several of these worm-looking things swimming around on the surface along with some pods. It's white, about 1/8th of an inch long, and about the same diameter as a human hair. This is the best picture that I could get.

Tough to ID from the photo, but the segments that look like a bristleworm. These sites may help you ID:
