What's wrong with my naso?

I bought a naso tang a little more than a week ago and he acclimated well to my 180g tank. The tomini being in the tank first of course showed a little dominance, but no real aggression was shown. He was very social and an active swimmer for the first 4 days and would gladly accept food. Now for the last 4 days he has been hiding in the rockwork and will not come out. He won't even eat and is showing his stress spots. Does anyone have any suggestions or possible ideas of what might have changed this fish's personality practically overnight? He is a really beautiful fish and is getting thin, I would hate to lose him.

Do you only have the one tank?
Maybe removing the tomini is an option if you have another tank.
Is there an open area in your 180 where you could put a divider to separate the two fish?

I don't have a way to divide them and my other tank is has a sailfin who won't let another tang in the tank. The tomini and the naso were geing along fine for three days before the naso started hiding. The only time there was any sort of issue was when they were first introduced, but like I said up until a few days ago they were swimming side by side

Naso's can be very high strung fish (they are one of my favorites) and can become stressed very easily. You have to remember what this fish went through before you got it. The dominance from the Tomini might have just pushed it over the edge.
Good luck, I hope you can find a solution.
