New toy and question
Well my BK mini 180 finally came in! I just put it in my system yesterday and when i turned it on I was amazed at how quiet the pump was, i mean the fizzling bubbles were louder than the pump. (will post pictures later)
Which got me thinking, has anyone had experience with Red dragon return pumps? Are they as quiet when as the skimmer pumps? If they are i would not mind investing in one. I seriously was blown away at the lack of noise. And if you are wondering it started wet skimming when i checked this morning and I cant wait for it to completely break in =). |

yes the red dragon return pumps are also dead silent. They also run around $600- $700 dollars.
