Anemone and fish help!!

I introduced an anemone and 2 clowns to my 29 gallon biocube i slowly acclimated them all and one clowns looks great the other is barely swimming and breathing very quickly. One clown is goin in and out of the anemone however, the anemone looks like it is on its side, it doesnt seem to be upright any suggestions on what to do my tank is stable all my levels and temperatures are great.

What type of anemone?
What type of clowns? (( did you QT them? ))

How long has your tank been set up?
What are the actual water parameters? (( "great" really doesn't tell much ))
What else (( if anything )) is in the tank?
What lights do you have?

+1 to Todd's standard list of questions!
I'll add one request - PICS! They'll help us see things you may not see.

Todd do you have those saved in a word file somewhere? For how many times you've asked the same things....

Good point about pics -- as they say, a picture is worth...

If I had a nickel... But, that is actually a good idea, one of these days I will have to come up with that, and just save it to word, will be a lot easier.

Anemone is bleached but appears to be attached. The one clown looks reasonably healthy but a closeup would be better for assessment. Something in my gut is telling me you just set that tank up recently, which is a no-no when it comes to anemones. The sand is too clean, there's no growth on the LR other than old corraline and the glass is exceedingly clean even beneath the sand bed line. Either you're OCD about cleaning your tank or its brand spanking new.

There's not much you can do for the anemone except give it time to regain it's zooxanthellae but it looks healthy otherwise. I'd stick with a regamin of small particles of meaty foods daily until it can get it's energy from zooxanthellae again.

is this a little closer? the tank is around a month, i established it with this good bacteria supplement very early on, i wasn't aware that i should have waited longer for the anemone thanks for the advice! i took this close up i hope its better!. the anemone gobbled up a thawed out fish yesterday so i think he is happy. is it bad that it is bleached.?

How many weeks has your tank been setup now? I'm guessing no more then 6.

A good rule of thumb is one year before anemones. The clown pictured looks healthy.
