Set-up advice for 39 gal. cad signiture series
In the next week or so I will be setting up a 39 gallon CAD signiture series and was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to set up the overflow and refugium chambers. I bought the system used, I believe it is the 2008 model, with the silver light fixture. It came with bio balls for the overflow, but I'm not sure whether to stick with those, use rock rubble, or use some combo of other things. I've never had a refugium before, so I'm not sure what works well. Any advice any of you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Some members on here have had those. Do a search on cadlights and you should get some results and people usually post pics of the overflow/fuge/skimmer areas. Also, check out the cad website and they may have setup instructions for those who didn't get any. I personally can't help as I was going to buy a used system but only left with the light. Sorry and hope that helps and I like your dachshund.
