Recomended lighting for a 20 long reef
Hello,
well the title says it all. I am doing a 20 long tank in the future and will be buying the lights soon. My question is what lights to get. The tank is 30 inches so its sort of an oddball size because lightbulbs aren't made that length. For the fixture I was leaning towards T5's and ones that would allow me to have SPS. I have been told to go for the 4 bulb 30" Current USA Sundial fixture. But i've seen people go up from that to a 24" Tek fixture. Just need some final thoughts and suggestions before I buy lights for the tank. Not too much and wouldn't want to get MH due to heat and probably needing to get a chiller. Any light fixtures would help and why. Thanks |
