Names and Faces

I know that other forums have had this same type of thread, and i thought it was cool.

I know there was a thread similar to this already started, but I couldn't find it very easy and I knew it was there so hopefully this can stay close to the top.

So Just introduce yourself and post a picture so that when we all show up to a meeting, we won't be in a room full of strangers.

This is me (Justin) and my wife Darcy. we have two kids two dogs and no fish.

I have a Masters of Science in Weed Science and I am the Operations Manager at a local fertilizer outfit (not the big H).

I also like to do woodworking and play mechanic on older vehicles.

see this is a great idea, this is me Pedro. and my gorgeous girl Karina. im teaching her and getting her sorta involved so she doesnt think im completely crazy over the fish stuff. which i am.

i look forward to seeing everyone at the next meeting and yeah i was thinking of trying to remember peoples avatars and what not. haha. but you cant miss me, ill be the tall one with a beard. oh and im a REALTOR here in El Paso, and i also have 4 australian cattle dogs.

Pedro, you push to far. If people want to post a photo here they will, if they don't want to then you have no right to post one for them. I really disagree with you even saying you are going to do it. It's like I said in one of the other threads you can't force people to do things they don't want to do. I for one hate to have my picture taken and am sure there are plenty of other people the same way.

It is pretty obvious not many people want to post their picture here, the thread is almost two years old and only six people have done it so far. I am sure it is a great idea for the ones who want to share their picture here but only if they do it on their own.

Just thought i would give it a try. It doesnt hurt to try. with the attitude that you cant force people to do anything well they wont.

but i did get 3 new photos of members in one week even though one is a puffin bird. but still not bad for trying , and bringing this thread back up that justin started.

Yes two new people did post a pic here that is good you are correct. Very true it doesn't hurt to try. A puffin bird doesn't count, it's funny but doesn't count.
