placement of two MP10s in 40 breeder

i currently have one mp10 ecotec running.and am going to purchase one more mp10 es not wireless.in a 40 br should they be on opposite sides.or same? will it disrupt the motion of my new ES model if its on opposite side.or should i keep one high one low on continious flow through my rocks?suggestions appriciated. tank dim 36"x18"x18"

I would put them on opposite sides, ideally with both of them equipped with wireless ES drivers, then they can communicate with one another to coordinate their efforts. This would work great in a 40B.
