Best calcium reactor?
Greetings all!
I am tired of my DIY reactor acting up all the time and don't have the time or the tools to make a new one now. So I am looking to buy one. I am looking for low & easy maintenance, and kind of a set-it-and-forget-it reactor. Here are my final choices and if anyone has any experiences with them or another suggestion, please chime in. FYI I have a 75 gal SPS and LPS heavy system right now with plans to eventually upgrade to perhaps a 120. Choices are: 1. AquaC RX-1 2. Deltec PF501 3. Korallin C-1502 4. KNOP Calcium REactor S IV

I really like my Geo reactor. Don't have to fiddle with a thing. They are probably the most popular reactor on this forum if you do a poll
Out of your choices I would probably go with the Deltec then the Korallin.

I don't have anything to compare it to, but I love my RX-1. Using a pH controller and regulator with a good needle valve, it has been set and forget.

BY far a GEO IMHO.
Here's the deal . The quality/customer service and resale value is by far the best in the bussiness. I would only consider a Pro-cal as my other choice, I've used Knops/korallin/played with deltec and schuran , but by far the deal maker with GEO's units IMO is availability/customer service and ease of use. I recently intalled a aquarium plants electronic regulator and viola perfect~

I was in the market for a calcium reactor for my new 200 gal tank and came looking for the best one rated by quite a few people on the forums. Well after looking around and seeing this post you guys made it really easy! I have had a Korallin 1502 before and didn't have any problems but the price of Geo's is great and so are the reviews thanks a bunch reefers

Yep. Great design, quality craftsmanship and materials and excellent customer service. The last time I touched mine was about 4 months ago when I swapped out my co2 bottle.
